It is often difficult to make fine adjustments to the laser dot at the target point by holding the device to a stable reference or if mounted on a tripod by moving its head. The FTA360 Tripod Adapter fixes this problem with fine-adjustment for easy and precise targeting. \r\nThe FTA360 supports the Leica DISTO D810 touch which has a special reference setting for this adapter as well as the Leica DISTO E7500i, D5 and D8 (correction of reference point via Offset setting). Together with the new FTA360 adapter the Leica DISTO products become highly precise measuring stations.\r\n\r\n Set the unit on any flat surface and hold it with one hand and adjust with their other hand. Without the a tripod!\r\n Fits perfectly on the Leica TRI70 and TRI-100 tripods.\r\n Makes Pythagoras functions faster and more accurate.\r\n Works with Disto D5, D8, E7500i, and D810 touch models.\r\n Just enter an offset of negative 2-9/16" so calculations are based on the center of rotation.\r\n\r\nUsing the FTA360 Adapter with the TRI-100 and TRI-170 Tripods
